MS300 - Connect and configure a remote potentiometer (speed control)

How do I connect a remote potentiometer to my MS300.

Set the following parameters:
00-20 Default is 0 or keypad control, change this to 2 for external analog input.
03-00 Default is 1 so that the AVI wire controls the frequency or speed.
